Jascha Kaykas-Wolff serves as the Lead Archivist and Principal Researcher at Booth Beacon. With a deep passion for 20th-century photographic industrial design, Jascha oversees the documentation of over 1,600 chemical photo booths across North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania.
His research specializes in the mechanical evolution of Anatol Josepho’s 1925 Photomaton patents, the direct-positive reversal chemistry utilized in mid-century Auto-Photo Model 11–21 series machines, and modern community-led restoration efforts.
